
Ever heard the saying: ‘By the time you’re thirsty, you’re already dehydrated?’ Well the same goes for your skin. By the time your skin starts to feel tight or even shows signs of flaking your skin is already dehydrated.
Now, when we are dehydrated, it means that we have a lack of water in our system so when your skin is dehydrated it means it is lacking water and that my fellow skoah skouts is the difference between dry skin and dehydrated skin!
