At skoah we try to keep things simple.  Buying skoah products online is easy.  If it is your first time shopping at skoah.com, your account will be created while you place your order.  If you have shopped with us before, all you'll need is your email address and password.  We're happy to help if you can't remember your password.  If you ever experience any difficulties or have questions you can not find answers to, just email or call 1888 my skoah (697 5624).  We are here to help.

finding products
Locate a product by browsing through our product categories or directly from our main products page.  When you find a product that interests you, click on the name or the small image of the product to see its product detail page, where you'll be able to get more information about the item.

adding products to your shopping kart
If you want to order an item, click the "add to shopping kart" button on the right side of the product page.  You will now be able to view your shopping kart.  Click on the "keep shopping" button to continue browsing, if you would like to add more products to your kart before proceeding to the checkout.  You can always view the contents of your kart at anytime by clicking "view my shopping kart" on the top right hand corner of every page.

Review the contents of your shopping kart.  If you are ready to purchase everything in your kart, click the "proceed to checkout" button.  You will progress to the first page of the order form.

Enter your email address.  Let us know that you're a new customer and click the "create account" button.  The email address you give us will be the only one which we will direct our communication too.  Create a password for you account.  The next time you shop at skoah, you can use the same shipping address.  Make a note of your password so you can use it next time you order.

Provide us with your billing address.  Let us know where we should ship your order.  If your shipping address is not the same as the billing address, click "no" before you continue.  You can then either: add, update, or select an address from your address book.  To select a shipping address, click the "ship to this address" button beneath the address you would like to ship to.

Select a shipping method and continue to the final step.

pay
Review the contents of your shopping kart and the check the other information you have provided.  After reviewing your order, you'll have to let us know how you'd like to pay for your order.   We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and skoah e-gift certificates.  All orders must be prepaid.  Enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes.

When you are ready, click the "place your order" button to complete your purchase.  After you complete your purchase, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. We'll e-mail you again once we have shipped your order.
