At the end of the day, products should do what they say they will do. We stand behind our products and we have a 60 day product pledge.

We love our products and we think you will too! BUT, if you are unhappy with the way your skin looks or feels any time within 60 days of your purchase, we will replace your products or refund your money (excluding shipping charges) - with a skoah smile. All you need to do is return the unused* portion of the product, with proof of purchase.
*For a return or refund, the product must be at least 80% unused.

Our SSL software encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so it cannot be read as it travels through the Internet.

- And we'd love to tell you. skoah products are easy to understand, easy to use. skoah products contain botanical extracts, natural minerals, bio-actives, organic compounds and powerful active ingredients. The base oil of skoah kreams is plant based; usually highly refined olive oil, shea butter or coconut ester. Want to know more? - How do I go about returning/exchanging a product?
skoah.com will only accept returns of full price merchandise within 60 days of the date on which ordered items are ordered.
All sale products, promotional products or chiiki munki products are Final Sale and may not be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and may use their preferred carrier; however, we suggest using a service that provides a tracking number.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless item are damaged or skoah has made a shipping error.
