We ship to the following international destinations for $55: Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Bermuda, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Denmark, France, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Signature may be required for shipments over $300.

please note: all web orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Vancouver,Canada meaning international orders being shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to taxes, or customs duties and fees in accordance with rules and regulations set by the destination country; these import fees are not charged by skoah.

My country is not listed as one of the ones you ship to, how can I get my skoah goodies?

We can ship almost anywhere – so email us and we’ll be happy to arrange shipping for your order. We’ll need your shipping address to quote you on international shipping prices.

When I enter my postal code, the system keeps saying my postal code is invalid - but I know I live here!

We trust you know your address, so please give our Store Support Centre a call and we’ll make sure your shipment gets to the right address. Alternatively, you can send us an email and someone will personally make sure we double check your address is entered correctly when we ship.

I live by a store – can I just pick up my order?

If you live near one of our stores, you have the option to pick up your online purchase - but please give us 24hrs (not including weekends) to process the order and inform the store of your order. Occasionally, the store might not have the product that you ordered and we need extra time to locate it for you.

We'll give you a call when the order is packed and ready for pick up.

I’m sending a gift, can you make it look pretty?

Of course! Just leave us a note in the “other comments” box at the end of the check-out process and we’ll make sure the gift is wrapped up and ready to impress.

The gift is a birthday present, can I arrange special delivery?

Absolutely! If you have special delivery instructions, please email us. We will be happy to arrange overnight delivery or delivery with a singing telegram (if that's your cup of tea). 

I forgot to include something in my order, and want to add it in, how can I make adjustments before it gets shipped out?

No problem! Email us with what you’d like to change and leave us with your phone number so we can call you back to confirm before we ship. If you’re adding items, we’ll also need your credit card number again since we don’t store payment information for your security!
