This full-body workout is one guaranteed to get you sweating. The only equipment necessary is a Stability Ball (SB), and Dumbbells (DB) and a little bit of effort from you. This workout is aimed at pushing you in a circuit style workout and it includes various body weight, core, and resistance exercises. Everything is done by time, so all you have to do is follow along through the workout. Bring your water, awesome attitude, and full effort.

Father's Day has a special meaning for me this year. I won't be celebrating the love I have for my Dad with him though. For the first time, I will celebrate the legacy of my Dad. He passed away in January from a Stage 4 GBM brain tumour. To date, this experience has been the most difficult thing I have ever been through. But there have been positives and learning opportunities.
