Healthy Eating Challenge

This is a guest post by Deanna Embury of Licious Living Inc.

Old habits are hard to break. Making permanent changes to your diet does not need to be a daunting task. Be realistic with your expectations and make changes a few at a time rather than trying to do it all at once.

Practice one to two of the following healthy nutrition tips each week. You'll be surprised how easy it is for these to become permanent changes, and in a few months daily healthy eating will become a habit.

Also, take the skoah skin gym challenge – buy a skin gym membership by July 7th, 2013 and get a complimentary full-sized leg and thigh gel.

He passed away in January from a Stage 4 GBM brain tumour. To date, this experience has been the most difficult thing I have ever been through. But there have been positives and learning opportunities.
